Shipping Coverage

 

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

 

 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment

 

 

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

  • COD is available on eligible orders
  • No extra charges for COD
  • COD orders require verification via call or message before dispatch
  • Orders may be cancelled if verification is not completed


 

 

 

Courier Partner

We work with reliable logistics partners including:

Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Amazon, Shadowfax, and others

Courier selection is based on your delivery location.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS
  • You can also track your order through our tracking page on the website

 

Delays in Delivery

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Unexpected circumstances beyond our control

INDITARA is not liable for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

 

 

 

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

 

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Re-delivery or reshipping may incur additional charges


 

 

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders

 

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with the resolution.
