Return & Refund Policy – INDITARA

 

At INDITARA, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

Return Window

 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
  • Supported with a complete unboxing video (mandatory)

⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product.

📌 Important:

  • Do not send products back without approval
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

 

Return Shipping Charges

  • A flat ₹100 return shipping fee will be charged
  • This amount is to be borne by the customer

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Contact us within 5 days with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear proof of issue

We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Personal care & beauty products
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing packaging
  • Products without unboxing video proof


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged/defective product

⚠️ Exchange requests must include a valid unboxing video


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • To cancel your order, contact us via:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank account (for COD orders)

⏱ Refund timeline: 8–15 working days

Please note:

  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
