We source from trusted Indian suppliers as well as a few global manufacturers, depending on product quality, uniqueness, and value.
4. Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and shop faster in the future.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Where do you deliver?
We ship across all parts of India, including remote pin codes, using trusted courier partners.
2. What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout
3. How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered in 5–7 business days. Processing time before dispatch is 1–2 business days.
4. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email after your order is shipped. You can also use the Track Order page on our website.
5. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, XpressBees, Ekart, Ecom Express, and Shiprocket, depending on your location and speed.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for all return claims.
2. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers must bear a flat ₹100 return shipping fee, deducted from the refund.
3. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 8–15 working days after approval.
